Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All content shoots must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Individual Use Each booking is intended for the individual or client identified at the time of reservation. If you are booking on behalf of a team, collective, brand, or production crew, please contact BTTRSNC Studios in advance to discuss appropriate rates and arrangements. 3. Equipment & Setup Clients are welcome to bring their own cameras, lighting, grip, modifiers, props, and other production equipment. All equipment must be set up, operated, and removed safely without damaging the studio or obstructing access. Equipment and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the booking unless otherwise approved. 4. Studio Care & Conduct Clients must respect the space, equipment, furnishings, and other scheduled users. Any damage caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges. The studio must be left clean and in its original condition. 5. Booking Time Your reserved time includes setup, shooting, and breakdown. Arriving late does not extend your booking. Additional time is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Bookings canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be nonrefundable. Exceptions are at BTTRSNC Studios’ discretion. 7. Guests & Production Activity Clients are responsible for their guests, talent, and crew. Any activity involving special effects, hazardous materials, excessive noise, or other potentially disruptive or high-risk production elements must be approved in advance. 8. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. BTTRSNC Studios reserves the right to address policy violations and discontinue a booking if necessary to protect the space, equipment, or safety of others.
