Can I bring my own beats or instrumentals?

Absolutely! Whether you have your own production or want to collaborate, we welcome external beats. Just ensure they are in high-quality WAV format for best results.

What should I bring to a recording session?

• Your lyrics (preferably written & rehearsed)

• Any instrumental tracks in WAV format

• A USB drive or cloud access for your files

• A clear idea of your vision for the song

 

MIXING & MASTERING:

What’s the difference between mixing and mastering?

• Mixing balances all elements of a track—vocals, instruments, effects—into a cohesive, professional sound.

• Mastering enhances the final mix by adjusting loudness, clarity, and overall polish for distribution.

What file formats do you accept for mixing & mastering?

We accept WAV or AIFF files in at least 24-bit, 44.1kHz or higher. If sending stems, label and organize them clearly.

How long does mixing/mastering take?

Turnaround time depends on project complexity but generally takes 3-5 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

How do I book a service?

1. Fill out the inquiry form on our website.

2. We’ll review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours.

3. Once we agree on the details, you’ll receive a deposit invoice to secure your session or project.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to book studio sessions, mixing/mastering, and production services. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?

Deposits are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated to your project. However, if an issue arises, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust services.
